Internal communication within the Academy for Theatre and Dance takes place in various ways. Every study programme has a notice board with a roster and other information. In addition, all students have their own AHK email address and there are also notice boards throughout the building where important announcements can be posted.
MyAHK
To read your AHK mail, you must log in to MyAHK. In this personalized environment (the intranet of the AHK) you will find important news, such as reports of sick leave from lecturers, but announcements are also made about activities outside your own study programme. In addition, the intranet contains a lot of useful information on many practical matters such as tuition fees, insurance, funds and scholarships and much more.
Because much of the important and up-to-date communication takes place via MyAHK, it is important that as a student you use your AHK email address and log in regularly. You can do that from any computer with internet via www.myahk.nl
You can also link your AHK e-mail address to your private e-mail address, so that you are kept well informed. Ask the secretariat how to do this. You can also go there with questions about the schedule.
